I started this page to share governance tools with founders — tools to analytically craft their own story rather than, as we’ve sometimes witnessed, having someone (internally at the board or externally with respect to a fundraising) suddenly attempt to reframe it (i.) for their own motives with (ii.) analytically unsubstantiated claims.

I don’t intend to publish much or often — and you’ll see everything on the website: it’s highly unlikely subscribing would be beneficial.
